We are constantly reminded that these are "uncertain times." Living with that much uncertainty can add a lot of stress and anxiety to our lives, making it difficult to focus on what's important. Members of the team at Nuturinse and yogaErie join us to share their best practices for self-care while your are at home. We'll discuss mental health, practice mindfulness, and center ourselves with yoga. Wear comfortable clothes, light a candle, grab your favorite hot tea and be prepared to let the stress melt away. Afterwards, we invite you to stay online for some casual conversation with fellow YEP members.
