Join Young Erie Professionals for a Seat at the Table with Dr. Judith Gay, Interim President of the Erie County Community College of PA. Dr. Judith Gay started serving as Interim President for Erie County Community College in February 2021. She is also Vice President Emerita at Community College of Philadelphia where she served most recently as Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff. Responsibilities as Interim President include establishing administrative and academic structures to enable the College to offer courses for Fall 2021; hiring employees; advising the Board of Trustees and keeping them apprised of progress; promoting the College by developing relationships; establishing policies and procedures for the College; and positioning the College for institutional accreditation. Dr. Gay serves on multiple boards, has held leadership positions at the local, state and national levels, and has received awards and recognition for her work. Dr. Gay holds a PhD in experimental psychology from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
